Cómo enviarnos tu catálogo (feed)

Si tienes una tienda y quieres que tus precios y tu stock salgan siempre al día en todoairsoft.com, lo mejor es un feed: un archivo con tu catálogo en una dirección fija que se actualice solo. Aparecer es gratis. English version below.

1. Formatos que aceptamos

• El feed de Google Shopping / Merchant Center (XML). Si ya lo tienes para Google, ese mismo nos sirve.
• Un CSV (separado por comas o por punto y coma, en UTF-8, con una fila de cabecera).
• Un JSON (una lista de productos).

Shopify, WooCommerce y PrestaShop lo generan con su módulo de Google Shopping o con una exportación programada.

2. Qué tiene que llevar cada producto

• Imprescindible: identificador (el tuyo), nombre, enlace a la ficha, precio con IVA en euros, stock (disponible o no, o la cantidad), foto principal y marca.
• Muy importante para salir comparado: MPN, SKU y EAN. Con ellos juntamos tu producto con el mismo de las demás tiendas sin errores; sin ellos solo tenemos el nombre, y cada tienda lo escribe a su manera.
  • MPN (mpn): la referencia del fabricante, la que pone la caja (TM142320, W-EO-FOA-MC…).
  • SKU (sku): tu referencia del producto. Si usas la del fabricante, mejor todavía.
  • EAN (gtin o ean): el código de barras de 13 cifras.
• Si lo tienes: precio anterior (si está rebajado), categoría y las variantes (color o talla), cada una con su precio, su stock y su enlace.

3. Dirección fija y actualización

Una dirección que no cambie (por ejemplo https://tutienda.es/feed.xml) y que se regenere sola cuando cambian precios o stock. Si no quieres que sea pública, puede llevar una clave en la propia dirección. Mándanos el enlace a micky@todoairsoft.com.

Al momento, si tu tienda es WooCommerce o Shopify

Con el feed, leemos tus precios y stock cada 15 minutos. Si tu tienda es WooCommerce o Shopify puedes ir más allá: te damos una dirección propia para dar de alta un webhook (WooCommerce → Ajustes → Avanzado → Webhooks; Shopify → Ajustes → Notificaciones → Webhooks) y, en cuanto cambias un producto, lo volvemos a leer de tu web en unos segundos. 4. Tus condiciones de envío

Ordenamos por precio final con envío. Dinos el coste del envío a la península, desde qué importe es gratis (o tus tramos), el plazo de entrega y si envías a Canarias y Baleares. Si no los tenemos, tus productos salen como «+ envío» y por detrás de las tiendas que sí los publican.

5. Si no tienes feed

Podemos leer el catálogo de tu web, igual que lo ven tus clientes. Nuestro robot se identifica como todoairsoft-bot (en el User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; todoairsoft-bot/0.2; +https://todoairsoft.com)), respeta tu robots.txt y su Crawl-delay y hace pausas para no cargar tu web. Si usas Cloudflare, Sucuri o alguna protección contra robots, solo tienes que dejarlo pasar: sale de las direcciones 92.222.172.224 (IPv4) y 2001:41d0:404:200::a595 (IPv6); conviene permitir las dos.

How to send us your catalogue (feed)

If you run a shop and want your prices and stock to always be up to date on todoairsoft.com, the best way is a feed: a file with your catalogue at a fixed address that updates itself. Being listed is free.

• Formats: the Google Shopping / Merchant Center feed (XML; if you already have it for Google, it works for us), a CSV (UTF-8, with a header row) or a JSON list.
• Required per product: your ID, name, product page link, price including VAT in euros, stock (in stock or not, or quantity), main image and brand.
• Key to being compared: MPN, SKU and EAN. The manufacturer part number (mpn), your own product reference (sku; even better if it is the manufacturer's) and the barcode (gtin or ean). With them we match your product with the same one in other shops without mistakes. If you have them: previous price, category and variants (colour or size), each with its own price, stock and link.
• Fixed address that regenerates when prices or stock change (it may include a key if you don't want it public). Send the link to micky@todoairsoft.com.
• Instant updates (WooCommerce or Shopify): we read feeds every 15 minutes, but we can also give you a private address for a webhook; whenever you change a product we re-read it from your site within seconds. Ask us for the address and the steps.
• Shipping to Spain: cost, free shipping threshold and delivery time. Without them, your products show “+ shipping” and appear after the shops that publish them.
• No feed? We can read your website like your customers do. Our bot identifies as todoairsoft-bot, respects your robots.txt and Crawl-delay, and pauses between requests. If you use Cloudflare, Sucuri or any bot protection, just let it through: it comes from 92.222.172.224 (IPv4) and 2001:41d0:404:200::a595 (IPv6); please allow both.
